In this episode, we invite avid Latina winter hiker Kika Vilanova (@kikassadventures on Instagram) to join us for part 2 of our winter adventuring conversation!
Kika is originally from Brazil and has been living in Utah for 20 years. She is an avid hiker in the summer and winter, and enjoys skiing and snowshoeing as well. In this episode, Kika shares her advice on winter hiking, gear recommendations, and her vision of why it's important for Latinas and BIPOC to take up space on the trails in the winter.
