Our three tips:
1) If you have a destination mind, the sooner you put a date on your trip the better.
2) Always plan to have a plan B, C, D, and E, especially because we're still in a pandemic.
3) Do your research before you go. Check the park or forest websites for trail and campground info, and hiking apps for reviews.
